Bio


Tyler Weaver is a veteran litigator who has represented clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the United States, with a particular emphasis on class action litigation. Tyler has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of areas of the law. His experience includes disputes related to general commercial litigation, consumer protection, civil rights, trust and estates, contracts, antitrust, securities, intellectual property, employment, mass torts, and ERISA and employee benefits.

Prior to working for Angeli & Calfo, Tyler worked for more than sixteen years (eleven as a partner) at plaintiffs’ class action firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro), and nearly five years as of counsel representing plaintiffs and defendants at Calfo Eakes LLP and Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Tyler also clerked for the Honorable Justin L. Quackenbush in the Eastern District of Washington.
