Amy Potter’s practice emphasizes white collar criminal defense, False Claims Act cases, State Attorney General enforcement proceedings, complex civil litigation, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Angeli & Calfo, Amy spent 18 years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Oregon, including two years as the Criminal Appellate Chief. During her tenure, she tried multiple jury trials, argued substantive motions, and handled dozens of appeals. In addition to handling her own cases, she assisted other prosecutors with complex motions and legals issues in their cases.
