

Angelo Calfo, a former federal prosecutor, has a proven track record of litigating complex civil and criminal cases and successfully trying cases to verdict. For 20 years, Angelo has been ranked Band 1 by Chambers USA, which reports that “Angelo is a real courtroom presence…[h]e is highly respected and is on everyone’s shortlist.” Angelo has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and executives in a wide variety of industries, including in the energy, securities, transportation, healthcare, technology, and financial services businesses. Prior to co-founding Angeli & Calfo LLC, Angelo was a founding member of the law firm Calfo Eakes LLP in Seattle and a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. He also served as an Assistant US Attorney for the Western District of Washington and taught at the US Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute. Angelo continues to lecture frequently on trial practice, grand jury investigations, and legal ethics. Angelo has served as chairman of the board of directors of the Seattle-based Matt Talbot Center, a nonprofit drug and alcohol recovery center offering services to homeless men and women.
