Bio


Angelo Calfo, a former federal prosecutor, has a proven track record of litigating complex civil and criminal cases and successfully trying cases to verdict. For 20 years, Angelo has been ranked by Chambers USA, which reports that he “commands an impressive reputation as a masterful trial lawyer” and that peers view him as “extraordinarily talented for both white-collar and complex civil cases.” Angelo has represented numerous Fortune 100 companies and executives in a wide variety of industries, including in the energy, securities, transportation, healthcare, technology, and financial services business. Prior to co-founding Angeli & Calfo LLC, Angelo was a founding member of the law firm Calfo Eakes LLP in Seattle and a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. He also served as an Assistant US Attorney for the Western District of Washington and taught at the US Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute. Angelo continues to lecture frequently on trial practice, grand jury investigations, and legal ethics. Angelo has served as chairman of the board of directors of the Seattle-based Matt Talbot Center, a nonprofit drug and alcohol recovery center offering services to homeless men and women.
