

Henry Phillips is a skilled trial and appellate advocate whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and government investigations, complex civil and commercial litigation, and employment litigation. Henry has represented clients in some of the most notable white-collar criminal cases in the Pacific Northwest, including in multiple federal criminal trials relating to financial and environmental matters. Henry also regularly represents individuals and businesses in complex civil and commercial matters, achieving successful outcomes in consumer protection, employment, and business litigation.
Prior to joining Angeli & Calfo, Henry worked for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Calfo Eakes in Seattle. Before moving to Seattle, Henry worked for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, DC.
Henry graduated in the top 5% of his class from Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duke Law Journal and was selected to the Order of the Coif and the Order of Scribes. Henry has an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
Henry clerked after law school for the Honorable Majorie O. Rendell on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
